Refund Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for most items in new, unopened condition. Custom-framed sports jerseys, personalized items, or any product made to customer specifications cannot be returned unless defective.

2. Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate a return or exchange process.

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send a notification of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, send us an email with details of the product and the issue.

5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
